How does it work?

This workbook is divided into 52 weeks.  

Each week includes:

• a prompt to encourage self-reflection
• a task to incorporate into your teaching the following week. 

These tasks are designed to help you evaluate your teaching practices, identify areas for growth, and build on your existing skills. Unlike generalised webinars or training sessions, this course focuses on meaningful development tailored to your unique teaching journey.

Teaching can often feel like a solitary profession, especially if you’re working independently. Opportunities to observe other teachers or exchange ideas may be rare. This workbook provides a structured but flexible way to connect with your own practice and discover new ways to grow so you can transform your teaching and make a greater impact in the classroom. 

It supports you, like a mentor or coach, by asking the right questions and helping you notice what works in your own classroom.
