How to use One-Minute Cards:

Whether you're teaching one-to-one or in a group, these cards are simple to adapt:

In one-to-one lessons: Select a few cards and ask your student to complete the tasks during the lesson or as a warm-up.

In group lessons:

• Put students in pairs and give each pair one or more cards to complete and discuss.
• Alternatively, give each student a different card to work on individually, then have them pair up to compare and check answers.

Use the cards flexibly throughout the lesson:

• At the start for a quick review

• During the lesson to reinforce a grammar point

• At the end for a light but focused wrap-up

You can use this set for practice throughout the year to revise it and keep it fresh, helping students retain and confidently use adjectives pairs ending in -ed and -ing.

Who is it for?

This set is intended for use with students at levels A2 and above, adults and older teenagers.
